By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Please read carefully before ordering

General Terms

Provide a reference and detailed description of what you wish to commission, if you don’t have a proper idea, i will try to help you the best as i canI have the right to refuse your request if I do not feel comfortable designing it or do not feel able to complete itThe commissioner cannot post the drawing publicly without my watermark or signature

Payments

Any payment are made through PAYPALThe currency accepted is EurosYou can ask for a refund only before the final sketch is approved

PROCESS

I will start drawing the commission after receiving the paymentI will show the first sketch to the commissioner, who can ask for modifications (such as changing the background, pose or character appearance) only before approving the sketchDuring the process i will update you for each step like:

final resultIt may take up to 2 months to complete the artworkThe refund will be made if 2 months have passed from payment since payment, without receiving the commission without any explaination.

COPYRIGHTS/USAGE POLICY

The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece,
but you must not make major edits to the artwork, credit MUST be givenThe artwork CANNOT be used for commercial purposes or for profitThe commissioner is allowed to print the artwork ONLY FOR PERSONALE PURPOSE, unless agreed otherwiseAs the artist of the work, I have the right to use finished commissions to enrich my portfolio/artbook. The commissioner still owns the copyright of their characters and will be mentioned as the ownerThe commissioner must not take credit for the artwork, only claim the right of their characters. Nor modify or edit the final piece
